مايكل فيكرز نجم الادارة الأمريكية الأن يطلقون عليه " مايك رجل العصابات" وهو التلميذ النجيب لزيبغنيو بريجنسكي وأحد ذئابه الرمادية التي تناولها احد الكتاب العرب في كتابه "رأس الافعي بريجنسكي" الذي صدر منذ سنتين بدار الكتاب العربي.
وهو أهم المهندسين المشرفين على برنامج الوكالة المركزية للإستخبارات لتفريخ وتدريب وتسليح الحركات المتطرفة.. التي تضاعف حضورها منذ الغزو السوفييتي لأفغانستان .. والحائز على جائزة وكالة الاستخبارات الأميركية لإنجازه أبرز مخطط استراتيجي وتنفيذه أكبر عملية سرية بتاريخ الـ” سي آي إيه ” وهي استخدام المقاتلين في أفغانستان لدحر القوات السوفيتية؟!
حيث كان عضو سابق بقوات العمليات الخاصة، التي ظل بها 13 سنة، من 1973 حتى 1986، طاف خلالها بمسارح عديدة منها الشرق الأوسط وآسيا ثم ظل بعيدا عن العمل في الادارات الحكومية لمدة عشرين عاما في عمل الدراسات الاكاديمية والحصول علي الدكتورة .
وعندما استدعي بوش بريجنسكي في نهاية 2006 في كامب ديفيد للتخطيط لخروج الجيش الأمريكي من العراق أرسل في طلب فيكرز الذي وضع خطة انسحاب الجيش والإبقاء علي مجموعه منه تعمل تحت اشرافه حتى تاريخه وتكوين خلايا سرية من المتطرفين العرب والأجانب ومن ثم تم تعينة في عام 2007 رئيس العمليات الخاصة والارهاب بالطابق الثالث في وزارة الدفاع الأمريكية وبداية التخطيط لإنشاء جيوش سرية من الأجانب والعرب للعمل تحت قيادته .

Michael Vickers, the star of the American administration and student of Zbigniew Brzezinski, and greyhound of which one of the Arab writers wrote in his book “Brzezinski, the head of the snake” which was released 2 years ago; he is one of the most important engineering supervisors in the CIA in breeding, training and arming the extremist movements which doubled its presence since the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan; and the winner of the CIA award for his accomplishment of the most prominent strategic blueprint and implementation process in the history of the CIA, and that is the use of militants in Afghanistan to defeat the Soviet Forces?!
He was a former member of the Special Operations Forces which he remained in for 13 years from 1973 – 1986, during which he toured the Middle East and Asia, and then he stayed away from the work of government departments for a period of 20 years in academic studies and achieving a doctorate.
When Bush summoned Brzezinski at the end of the year 2006 at Camp David to plan the withdrawal of the US army from Iraq, he sent a request for Vickers whom placed the plan for the withdrawal of the army, leaving a group of them to work under his supervision to date and the formation of secret cells of Arab and foreign extremists; he was then appointed in the year 2007 as the head of the Special Operations and terrorism on the third floor of the Pentagon, and the beginning of the establishment of underground armies of foreigners and Arabs to work under his leadership.
On the 29th of September 2010 before the revolutions of the Arab Spring, Obama appointed him as US Secretary of Defense for special operations and intelligence. After its success in 2011 he was appointed Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence.
